Freelance Services Agreement

This Freelance Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date] (“Effective Date”) by and between [Freelancer Name], (“Service Provider”) and [Client Company Name] (“Client”).

“Confidential Information” includes all non-public information provided by Client, including technical, financial, commercial and other sensitive information.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice if the other party materially breaches this Agreement without cure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of [State and Country]. In the event of a dispute related to this Agreement, the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in the courts of [City, State].

No Assignment: Neither party may assign rights or obligations under this Agreement without the other party’s prior written consent.
